Can I review the progress of the withdrawal request I submitted?

When you initiate a withdrawal, the request goes through several steps before completion.

How do I check the progress of my withdrawal?

• The progress of your withdrawal request will be automatically displayed on the Withdrawal Submission page as soon as you start the withdrawal from My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal.
• You can also track the progress of your withdrawal and receive real-time updates via My Account > History > Transactions. Your withdrawal request, along with its current status, will be shown there.

What if my withdrawal needs verification?

If your account or the selected payment method is missing verification documents, the withdrawal status "Action Required" will appear.

• A message will clearly indicate which documents are needed.
• You will be directed to the verification screen to upload the required documents.
• Once verification is complete, your withdrawal will continue processing.

What do the withdrawal processing statuses mean?

Withdrawal in processing queue

Once your withdrawal enters the processing queue, the following status will appear both on the Withdrawal Submission Page and in the Transaction History:

• Withdrawal in process
  • Reviewing your withdrawal
  • Your withdrawal request has been received and is awaiting processing.

Cancellation Option

If your withdrawal has not yet been sent to the provider, you will have the option to cancel it via the Cancel Button in Transaction History.

Withdrawal Sent to Provider

Once the withdrawal is sent to the provider, the status changes to:

• Withdrawal In Progress
  • Finalizing your withdrawal
  • Funds on the way!
• Withdrawal Successful!
  • In this phase, your funds have been sent by Betano and are currently being processed by the financial institution.

Kindly note that once your withdrawal has been successfully completed, you will receive a real-time push notification on your device confirming the successful transaction. Push notifications are only available to users who have enabled Push in Notification Center.

If push notifications are disabled, the same update will also appear as a Feed Message in the Notification Center within your Betano account.

Withdrawal Not Queued for Completion

If the withdrawal has not yet been placed in the queue, the following messages will appear:

• Withdrawal in progress
  • Reviewing your withdrawal
  • It is taking longer; stay tuned for updates.

This status means your transaction is taking longer to complete, as it is currently under additional review to ensure accuracy and security.
