According to our General Terms & Conditions, payment methods must be owned by the Betano account holder for both deposits and withdrawals. Here's a summary of our policy:
Account holder's payment methods
All transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, must be processed through accounts or cards in the name of the Betano account holder. This ensures the security and integrity of your financial transactions.
No third-party transactions
We prohibit the use of third-party bank accounts or payment methods. The payment method used must be in the name of the Betano account holder.

This policy is designed to protect our customers and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Account security
To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access, only the account holder should conduct transactions and use their own payment methods.
Important
- For non-Canadian customers, deposits can be made using a prepaid card; however, withdrawals are not allowed unless a valid Canadian bank account (e.g., Interac or a Canadian bank account) is added to the account.
- Using a prepaid card without an eligible withdrawal method will therefore prevent future withdrawals.
