To set activity limits, please go to My Account > Profile > Player Protection, then locate the Casino Loss Limits field.
- You can decrease your loss limits at any time, but increasing them will take one week from the request date.
- Limits are automatically reset and applied recurrently.
- Once the set limit is exceeded, betting will be disabled until the end of the selected period.
Daily net loss limit
The limit is calculated based on the daily Casino P&L, which is the total of all bets and deposits (excluding handling fees) minus the total winnings over a 24-hour period from the time of request. Once the limit is exceeded, betting will be suspended until the end of the 24-hour period.
Weekly net loss limit
The limit is calculated based on the weekly Casino P&L, which is the total of bets and deposits (excluding handling fees) minus the total winnings over a 7-day period from the request time. If this limit is exceeded, betting will be restricted until the end of the 7-day period.
Monthly net loss limit
This limit is calculated based on the monthly Casino P&L, which is determined by subtracting all bets and deposits (excluding handling fees) from the total winnings over a 30-day period from the time of the request. Once the limit is exceeded, you will be unable to place any more bets until the 30-day period ends.
