If your bet didn't contribute to your Mission on Betano, there could be several reasons. Let's take a look at some common factors that might have impacted your bet's eligibility:
Bet type
Some Missions only accept specific bet types, such as:
- Single bets
- Accumulator bets
- Bets on selected sports or events
If your bet does not match the Mission requirements, it will not count.
Minimum odds
- Many Missions require a minimum odds value.
- If your bet was placed at lower odds than required, it will not qualify.
Excluded markets
- Certain sports, events, or betting markets may be excluded from a Mission.
- Bets placed on excluded markets will not count towards progress.
Mission time frame
- Missions are only active for a specific period.
- If your bet was placed outside the Mission period, it will not be eligible.
Bet settlement
Only settled bets count towards Mission progress.
The following bets do not qualify:
- Pending bets
- Voided bets
- Bets settled at odds of 1.00
Mission participation
- You must click Participate before placing a qualifying bet.
- If you did not join the Mission first, your bet will not count.
Minimum Stake
- Some Missions require a minimum stake amount.
