When it comes to setting any responsible gaming limits on your account, we provide several options to our members, found in My Account→Profile→Player Protection
- Betting Time Limits allows you to set a maximum daily limit for your account regarding Casino and Virtual sports betting
- Loss Limits allow you to fix a maximum credit loss amount per day/week/month
- Deposit Limit allows you to fix a maximum deposit amount per day/week/month
- Withdrawal Cancellation allows you to activate/deactivate the 'Withdrawal Request Cancellation' feature. Deactivating takes effect immediately while activating the feature will take effect after 7 days
- Account Closure allows you to close your account at any time if you no longer wish to play. Closing your account means you won’t be able to deposit or use our products, but you can still withdraw any balance. You may reopen your account after a 24-hour cooling‑off period.
- Take a Break allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for short amounts of time — 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. This period cannot be shortened.
- Self-Exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for longer amounts of time - 6 months,1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years. Once you select this option, you will be logged out immediately and it can't be reverted.
- Self-Exclusion (BetGuard) - BetGuard lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Ontario. It’s your decision and it’s both simple and secure. BetGuard is available to those 19 or older. A player account is not required. Enrolling in BetGuard is separate from any self-exclusion you may have arranged directly with Betano.
