To verify your credit or debit card, please provide one of the following:
Option 1: Front side of the card
Provide a color photo of the front side of your card, with the sensitive information covered. For security purposes, our system will automatically hide the sensitive data. Ensure the following details are visible:
- First 6 digits
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration date
- Cardholder's first and last name
Option 2: Transaction proof
Upload a color photo of a recent transaction made with the card. This image should show:
- First 4 or 6 digits
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration date
- Cardholder's first and last name
Option 3: Bank app screenshot
Provide a screenshot from your banking app displaying the card, showing:
- First 4 or 6 digits
- Last 4 digits
- Cardholder's first and last name
- Expiration date (optional)
Once you have one of these files, log in to your Betano account, navigate to My Account → Profile → Verification Process, and upload it for verification.
To ensure that your documents meet our requirements, please note that they must be clearly captured, with all four corners visible, and current (not expired).
