At Betano, most withdrawals made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Debit/Credit Cards are processed instantly.
If your withdrawal status is shown as "Complete" but your balance has not been updated, this means that the funds have already been successfully sent from our side and are currently being finalized by your bank.
Why is there a delay?
Although we send your funds immediately, the final processing time depends on your bank’s internal procedures and whether your card supports real-time technologies such as Visa Direct or Mastercard Send.
• If your bank supports real-time transactions, you will usually receive the funds within a few minutes.
• If real-time processing is not supported, your bank will follow its standard processing times, and the funds will typically be credited within 1 business day.
Weekends and Public Holidays
Banks process standard transactions during their regular business hours.
If your withdrawal was requested during a weekend or a public holiday, your bank may only complete the processing on the next working day.
What should I do?
• Check your bank account and transaction history.
• Allow up to 1 business day for the funds to appear.
• If the funds are still not credited after this time, we recommend contacting your bank for further clarification.
