If you are unable to log in to your existing account or complete a new registration, it may be because you are currently registered with BetGuard (Ontario’s centralized self-exclusion program).
Under provincial regulations, once you join the BetGuard registry, all regulated operators in Ontario are required to:
- Block Logins: Your access to existing accounts is suspended immediately.
- Prevent New Accounts: You will be unable to create any new accounts across the regulated market while your exclusion is active.
How will I know if this is the reason? When you attempt to log in or register, you will see a specific notification on your screen explaining that a provincial block is in place.
Can Betano Customer Service bypass this? No. This is a mandatory regulatory block. We cannot override the system to allow a login or a new registration if there is an active match on the BetGuard registry.
