Ending your chosen BetGuard exclusion term does not automatically reopen your account. Under provincial rules, you enter a 7-year extended protection period immediately following the end of your term.
To return to play on Betano, we cannot manually lift the block. You must:
- Conntact the BetGuard Call Centre at 1-833-776-7171 or visit www.betguard.ca.
- Wait for iGaming Ontario (iGO) to approve your reinstatement.
- Once the provincial registry is cleared, we can review your account for reopening.
