You can reset your password on your own using any identifier you still have access to, such as your email address or your mobile number.
1. Go to Betano platform and click Login. Then select "Forgot Password".
2. Choose which identifier you want to use for the reset process:
- Your email address, or
- Your mobile number
3. Enter the identifier you selected.
4. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth.
5. After confirming your date of birth, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) through SMS, email, or voice call, depending on the identifier you used.
6. Enter the OTP correctly.
7. Once the OTP has been verified, you will be able to create a new password immediately by following the on-screen instructions.
