The withdrawal mechanism that applies when making a deposit with a prepaid card is a bank transfer. A recent bank statement and a photo of the card are among the documents that may be needed from you to confirm your withdrawal.

Important:
• For non-Canadian customers, deposits made using prepaid cards cannot be withdrawn unless a valid Canadian withdrawal method (e.g., Interac or a Canadian bank account) is added to the account.
• Using a prepaid card without an eligible Canadian withdrawal method will therefore prevent future withdrawals.
