Wagering requirements (also called rollover) explain how much you need to play through a bonus before it can be withdrawn as real money.
Understanding how rollover works helps you avoid surprises and get the most value from your bonus.
What is a wagering requirement?
When you claim a bonus (for example, a First Deposit Bonus), the bonus amount is added to your account but cannot be withdrawn immediately.
To turn the bonus into withdrawable cash, you must first place eligible bets until the wagering requirement is completed.
This is usually shown as a multiplier, such as ×5 or ×15.
Example:
If you receive a $100 bonus with a ×5 wagering requirement, you must place eligible bets totaling $500 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
How is wagering calculated?
Wagering is calculated based on the bonus rules of each promotion. In most cases, the formula looks like this:
(Deposit + Bonus) × Wagering Multiplier
Only settled bets count toward wagering. Bets that are cancelled, voided, or cashed out early do not reduce the wagering requirement. Please note that wagering rules may vary by promotion, so for accuracy, always review the specific wagering rules outlined in the active bonus terms.
How your balance is used while wagering is active (50/50 rule)
When you have an active bonus, bets are usually placed using both your real balance and your bonus balance.
This means:
• 50% of each bet is taken from your real money
• 50% is taken from your bonus funds
• Winnings are also credited in the same proportion
Example:
• If you place a $20 bet:
• $10 comes from real money
• $10 comes from bonus funds
If the bet wins, the winnings are split the same way.
This is normal behavior and does not mean funds are missing.
What types of bets count toward wagering?
Only eligible bets count toward completing wagering. While exact rules depend on the bonus, the following usually applies:
Bets that usually count:
• Bets that meet the minimum odds stated in the promotion
• Bets that settle normally (win or lose)
Bets that usually do not count:
• Cashed-out bets
• Cancelled or voided bets
• Bets placed on excluded markets or games
• Contradicting or low-risk bets
Always check the specific bonus Terms & Conditions to see what is included.
How long do I have to complete wagering?
Each bonus has a time limit to complete wagering (for example, 30 days).
If wagering is not completed within this timeframe:
• The remaining bonus balance is removed
• Any winnings generated from the bonus are removed
• Your real money balance is not affected
What happens if I try to withdraw early?
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering:
• The bonus is cancelled
• Any bonus funds and related winnings are removed
• Only your real money balance remains
Once a bonus is cancelled or expired, it cannot be restored.
When can a bonus be automatically canceled?
A bonus will also be automatically cancelled if your real money balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met. Once a bonus is cancelled or expired, it cannot be restored.
How can I check my wagering progress?
You can track your progress at any time by going to: My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions
There you can see:
• Your active bonus
• Total wagering required
• How much you’ve already completed
• How much is still remaining
• The bonus expiration date
Important things to know before claiming a bonus
Before claiming any bonus, make sure you understand:
• The wagering multiplier (×5, ×15, etc.)
• The expiration period
• What bets or games are excluded
• That withdrawing early cancels the bonus
If you prefer full flexibility, you always have the option to decline a bonus when making a deposit.
