2. Data Access and Deletion:
As per PIPEDA, you can request access to the data we hold about you and ask us to delete your data, where applicable. In both cases, please contact our DPO Team in @dpo-office@betano.ca for assistance. Verification will be required, and we’ll respond within the legally specified timelines.
3. Data Breach Notification:
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as soon as possible, as required by Canadian law.
