▪ Request a copy of your data: To receive a copy of your data, send an email to dpo-office@betano.ca from your registered email, mentioning your username
▪ Rectification: If some of your personal data is wrong or incomplete or even changed you can request an amendment. Please check the relevant articles here.

▪ Limitation of Processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing your data in specific situations.
▪ Data Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format for easy transfer to another service provider. You can navigate to My Account >Personal data > Portability.
▪ Objection: You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, such as direct marketing.
▪ Withdrawal of Consent: If you have previously given consent for the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time.
