If a card linked to your account is no longer in your possession, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents for verification:
- the official document issued by the bank confirming the card's cancellation, or
- a screenshot of the cancellation email from the bank, or
- a screenshot from your banking app showing the card's status as canceled or lost.
To upload the document, go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process and select the "Other document" option.
