Please note that account deletion involves the removal of your personal data from our database in accordance with GDPR.
This is different from account closure. Once your personal data is erased, you will no longer be able to register on our platform.
If you want to delete your data and your account, please visit “Account Deletion” in MyAccount environment and select “Submit Request”.
If you cannot access your account, please send a request with the content "delete data '' by e-mail to dpo-office@betano.ca, indicating your username in the e-mail and send us the e-mail from your registered e-mail address.
