How to Change my Email Address

If you’ve lost access to your registered email address and want to update it, here’s what to do:

If you have access to your Betano account

1. Log in and go to My Account →  Profile →  Personal Details.
2. Click Edit next to your email.
3. Enter your new email address and click Save.
4. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile number.
5. Enter the code sent to your mobile number
6. Finally, provide the OTP code sent to your new email address to complete the process.
