If you would like to request a review for the reopening of your account, you can do so directly through the contact form.
How to submit your request
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and open the contact form.
In Category, select Account Issues.
In Topic, select Account Reactivation.
In the Message field, write: Request to review account reopening and include the following information:
Your username
The email address associated with your account
A brief explanation of your request (for example, why you would like the account to be reopened)
Account & Data Deletion
If you requested Account & Data Deletion and it has been completed by our DPO team:
- The account cannot be reactivated
- You also cannot create a new account
