How do I find my active rewards?

Whether you've just unlocked Bonus Spins, a Bet Credit, or Golden Chips, claiming your rewards on Betano is quick and easy. Here are the two best ways to locate and track your active rewards.

Method 1: The quick access (the gift icon)

The fastest way to see what's waiting for you is by using the quick-access menu:

3. The very first thing you'll see is "Your Rewards," where all your active rewards will show up.

Method 2: The detailed view (My Account)

If you want a deeper look at your promotional history or want to browse all active campaigns, you can use your account menu:

1. Click on your Profile Icon at the top of the page.
   
   
    
2. Navigate to My Account.
3. Select Promotions, then click on Active Promotions.
   
   
    
4. Pro tip: Don't forget to click the arrow (>) next to your reward! This expands the dropdown menu so you can read the details and click directly through to the eligible game.
   
   

What details will I see?

Once you open your Active Rewards, every bonus will display the essential information you need to play, including:

• Expiration: Exactly how long you have left to use your reward before it expires.
• Eligible game(s) or markets: A direct link or list to the specific Casino games, Live Casino tables, or Sportsbook events where your reward can be used.
• Reward amount & value: The exact number of spins/chips and their monetary value per round.

If you've received a notification but don't see the reward in your Active tab, try these quick steps:
